WORLD POPULATION DAY -2022

On 11-07-2022, WORLD  POPULATION DAYwas observed by the Department of ECONOMICS in this occasion N.J.K Narendra Kumar, Vice Principal sir said that explosion of population is to becoming a- curse to the world Economy and  hampering  the social life at large.

Mr. D. SANKAR POLAIAH garu Head of the department of Economics expressed that there has been a rapid increase in the population across the world.   Earlier, it took about a hundred years to see the increase  in the population but now- a- days, in just 12 years there is an exponential growth in the population. Metrics which needs to be checked by talking up suitable measures to curbit. Dr. M. Subba Rao Lecturer in Economics and students participated in the programme.
