THE SEVEN-DAY ONLINE FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME(F.D.P.) ON MAJOR LITERARY THEORIES

Dr. Syed Mir Hassim, Lecturer in English participated in the Seven-Day Online Faculty Development Programme(F.D.P.) organized by the Department of English, Krishna University, Machilipatnam from 26-07-2022 to 02-08-2022. Knowledge of the literary theory is a must to carry out research in the areas of Language and Literature. The Principal topics dealt with in the F.D.P. are Feminist Criticism, Marxist Literary Criticism, Post Modernism, Dalit Literary Criticism, Eco Criticism and so on. The lectures were very much focused and directional in nature.  It is said that Literary Theory is the foundation on which the structure of research is built.
